Barred Rock

Barred Plymouth Rocks, affectionately known as "barred rocks," are some of the friendliest and most inquisitive chickens. They are great with kids and known for their soft cooing. 


Marans, including Black Copper, Blue Copper, and Cuckoo Marans, are cherished for their sweet and docile temperament. Black Copper Marans are particularly striking with their iridescent black feathers and copper neck feathers. 

Easter Eggers

Easter Eggers, often mistaken for Ameraucanas, are friendly and docile chickens that lay a colorful array of eggs, from green and blue to pink and tan. 


Buff Orpingtons are the quintessential backyard chickens, known for their sweet and patient nature. These fluffy, ginger-blonde birds are great with kids and excellent cold-hardy layers.
